Don't rock the boat.
I don’t want to rock the boat here. I found that I stopped counting exactly how many calories I was consuming within a day over the past 3 days. I figured that since I’ve been doing it for a while now, things would just start to come naturally. That maybe so, but when you are trying to lose weight, you cannot take that lightly. I started back up today making sure I’m over estimating and counting everything that goes in.
